⾃ 2021 年 7 ⽉起，我們優先使⽤ Classin ⾃帶的班級群進⾏溝通，以免其他通訊軟件消息太多导致錯過我們的通知。請各位家長務必在⼿機上安裝Classin APP 並開啟通知功能。
在⼿機APP 商店中搜索 Classin 程式安裝，使用學生上課的賬號密碼登錄。同賬號多設備登錄不衝突。可以隨時與⽼師溝通、查看課程報告、課程消耗剩餘、上課筆記、課程回放等。有助於及時了解學生學習情況。
⼀、提前檢查上堂設備
上課前務必檢查網絡、語⾳、攝像頭，检查 Wi-Fi 信号强度，請提前將Classin 升級最新版。如果⼩朋友獨⾃在家上課，請在前⼀天確認上課設備。如更換了上課設備，也需要及時測試；如果需要調試協助可找我們。
如網絡不穩定，可使⽤⼿機流動數據做熱點，⼤約消耗流130M/60min；
因學⽣上課設備出問題延誤時間，視情況拖堂來補，但不保證 100%。
⼆、變更時間請提前⼀天。
調時間或取消課程，請最少提前⼀天在學習群內與我們溝通，緊急 情況也需要至少提前 2 個⼩時以上；
紅⽇假期我們默認是正常排課，如果需要調整或順延請提前告知。
三、杜絕遲到，準時上課。
遲到 15 分鐘內，視情況拖堂來補，不保證 100%;
超過 15 分鐘後，按剩餘時間繼續上課，損失⾃擔;
已開始上課未到教室且未提前説明，按正常扣除課時（照扣），損失⾃擔;
四、上課內容與作業(功課)
課堂上要積極回答⽼師提出的問題，如有不明⽩的地⽅要及時與授 課⽼師進⾏溝通。做到課前預習和課後複習不能少，按時按量完成⽼ 師佈置的作業及任務，並主動在上課前⼀天發到學習群中給⽼師批閱。
課程內容以我們自製的課程內容為主。
如提供指定試題(無答案)需要⽼師耗費時間⾃⼰作 答及備課，我們會視情況多扣除 1 課時，請理解⽼師課下時間也有成本。
另外，指定內容請務必提前三小時以上發到班級群中。
五、其他事宜吿知
總結和作業默認發到 Wechat ⼩組或 classin 班級群內。如需佈置在Classin 作業功能中，可跟⽼師提出需求。在 Classin 班級的課程中可以看到排課資訊，以此上課時間為準。假期⽼師課程很多，所以回復會慢些，感謝您的理解。
續課，詢問課程請和與您對接的課程顧問老師聯絡。
付款帳單、支付截圖等信息 請家長直接發給課程顧問老師，不要發到學習群中，以免截圖中包含的私人信息（電話、地址、賬號等）外洩。
老師並非永久時間固定和終身服務，老師的可排課時間每1-3個月會有變化。如果無法協調，或是老師的合約到期。我們會安排另外老師繼續原來的課程進度。
支持退堂費，中途因學生原因單方面終止學習，可退款剩餘課時。退款需要扣除上次續課堂費 總金額6%的行政費，退款操作時間約7個工作日。

Since July 2021, we have prioritised using the class group brought by Classin to communicate lest too many other communication software messages lead to missing our notifications. Please be sure to install the Classin APP on the handphone and turn on the notification function.
Search for Classin program installation in the mobile APP store and log in with the student account password for class. Do not conflict with the account number and multi-device login.You can communicate with the teacher at any time, view the course report, course consumption surplus, class notes, course playback, etc.Helps to timely understand the students’ learning situation.
I. Check the superior equipment in advance
Be sure to check the network, voice, camera before class, check the intensity of Wi-Fi signal, please upgrade the latest version in advance. If the child is at home alone, please confirm the class equipment the day before. If the class equipment is replaced, it should also be tested timely; if commissioning assistance is needed.
If the network is unstable, mobile mobile data as hot spots, consuming about 130M/60min;
Due to the delay of students’ class equipment problems, according to the situation, but 100% is not guaranteed.
II. Please change the time by 1 day in advance.
Adjust the time or cancel the course, please communicate with us in the study group at least ⼀ days in advance, the emergency situation also need at least 2 hours in advance;
During the Red Day holiday, we default is the normal schedule. If you need to adjust or postpone it, please inform you in advance.
Third, stop being late, and attend class on time.

IV. Class content and homework (homework)

The course content is mainly our homemade course content.
If providing the specified questions (no answer) requires the teacher to spend time to answer and prepare lessons, we will deduct one extra hour as the case. Please understand that the teacher costs time in class.

V. Other matters
Summaries and assignments are sent to the Wechat group or classin class group. If it is necessary to be arranged in the Classin homework function, you can ask with the teacher. Class scheduling information can be seen in the Classin class course, so that the class time shall prevail.There are a lot of vacation teachers, so the reply will be slow, thank you for your understanding.
Continue the course, ask about the course, please contact the course consultant teacher that you connect with.
Payment bills, payment screenshots and other information please parents directly to the course consultant, do not send to the study group, so as to avoid the private information (telephone, address, account, etc.) contained in the screenshots.
Support the refund fee, unilaterally terminate the study due to students, can refund the rest of the class. A refund requires an administrative fee of 6% of the total amount of the last classroom fee.
